Cancelling an order
You can cancel any product order for a full refund before it is dispatched. Message or call us with your order details.
Returns: eatables and cosmetics
For hygiene and safety, opened food and cosmetic products cannot be returned. If your product arrives damaged, leaking, expired or wrong, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
Returns: yoga wear
Unused, unwashed yoga wear with tags can be exchanged for another size or returned within 7 days of delivery. We arrange the pickup where our courier serves your area.
Yoga classes
Monthly class fees are refundable in full if you cancel before your first class. Please give 24 hours' notice to reschedule a private session; sessions missed without notice are not refunded.
The Yoga Darśana course
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment, as long as you have viewed no more than the first two lessons. After that the fee is not refundable, but you can move to a later batch once.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Bank and UPI timelines may add a few days.
