Bilva Wellness respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you order or book, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and, if you give it, your email. For yoga classes we may ask about your health so we can teach you safely.
How we use it
Only to process and deliver your order, arrange classes and course access, reply to you, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell or rent your data.
Who we share it with
Only what is needed: courier partners (name, address, phone) to deliver, and our payment gateway to process payments. Card and UPI details are handled by the payment gateway; we never see or store them.
Keeping it safe
We keep your details only as long as needed for the order, warranty and tax records, and protect them with reasonable care.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop sending you messages, at any time: Manjukesh at +91 76394 36158 or Varuneshwar at +91 96321 59789.
